Collection Notice

The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) collects personal information and other information in order to facilitate the booking of individual tickets and car spaces at the Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre.

To facilitate and process your booking, your information will be shared with third party service providers VenueSumo (the booking platform) and sub-contractor Microsoft Azure (which manages physical data centre security).

Providing this information is required to reserve a parking space and issue tickets for the Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information and vehicle details, we may be unable to process your booking, reserve a parking space, or issue your tickets.

GORCAPA also operates CCTV across the Twelve Apostles precinct for safety, security, asset protection and operational purposes. CCTV may capture images of visitors, vehicles and activity within the precinct. Footage is managed in accordance with GORCAPA’s privacy obligations and may be accessed or disclosed where required for authorised operational, safety, security or legal purposes.
