The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) collects personal information and other information in order to facilitate the booking of individual tickets and car spaces at the Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre.
To facilitate and process your booking, your information will be shared with third party service providers VenueSumo (the booking platform), sub-contractor Microsoft Azure (which manages physical data centre security) and Commonwealth Bank (the credit card processing platform).
Providing this information is required to reserve a parking space and issue tickets for the Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information and vehicle details, we may be unable to process your booking, reserve a parking space, or issue your tickets.
